My background is in real estate, first as an agent in residential sales then as a paralegal handling contract review. I worked for a large Wall Street firm in San Francisco handling public finance transactions when I decided it was time to get my law degree. I continued to work while obtaining my law degree at night. During law school, I also participated in several different internships to get a good perspective on multiple areas of law including the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic, and working as law clerk my final summer of law school for the Contra Costa Courts.
I worked for Blackstock & Barsell during law school and later accepted a position as a new associate. My practice focuses on estate planning as well as trust administration and probates. I continue to also handle real estate matters and business formation. I moved my practice to the Morrill Law Firm in August of 2016. Effective February 2018, I have opened my own practice focusing on trust and estates. Please see my website for more information about my practice.
My practice is successful because I treat my clients as partners, working together to achieve the results desired. My firm offers legal solutions that are cost-effective and practical. I am an active member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and part of the Trust and Estates Section. I am also very involved in my local community and Chair the Legacy Advisory Counsel for Cancer Support Community.
